When we had a slow puncture, we called up to book in to have a new tyre fitted. When we arrived, the mechanics looked at the tyre and offered us two options: to repair the tyre (for a cheaper price) or replace it with a new one (at an already agreed price). They could have easily just gone ahead and replaced the tyre at a higher price, which we originally asked for, so we were impressed they offered us both options. We went for the repair, and our tyre is great. Highly recommend.
